Mr. Stephen Guyer is the Principal of the Vocational Center and has served in that position for the past five years. Prior to that, he was the Director of Guidance for the Governor Wentworth School District.

Mr. Guyer has over thirty years in Education and has experience as a Teacher, coach, Athletic Director, Assistant Principal, and Principal. He has worked exclusively in New Hampshire High Schools including Franklin High School, as well as Monadnock Regional High School. He also has served as an Adjunct Professor at Plymouth State College, Southern New Hampshire University, Hawthorne College, and the New Hampshire Community Technical College.

Mr. Guyer is active in the State, serving on the Governor’s Youth Council, The Board of Trustees of the New Hampshire Community Technical College System, and is Past President of the New Hampshire Vocational Director’s Association.

He is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, and graduated from Plymouth State College with a B.S. Degree in English Education, and M. Ed. in School Administration. He resides in Gilford with his wife, Deborah, and he has two grown children.
