Mr. Rines, GWRSD School Board Chair, welcomed the many parents and students who came to the Board meeting to receive their savings bond for their winning entry.  The following students were presented with a $50 savings bond for Honorable Mention for their poster:  Sam Gurkins, Grade 3 Ossipee and Ani Hastings, Grade 3 Tuftonboro.

 The following students were awarded a $100 savings bond for their winning posters: Wade Cyr, Grade 3 Ossipee; Dylan McCann, Grade 3 New Durham; Joe Young, Grade 6 Tuftonboro; Emily Edson, Grade 7 KRMS; and Stephanie Burdick, Grade 10 KRHS.  The following students were awarded a $100 savings bond for their winning essay: Meagan Wood, Grade 6 Tuftonboro and Nichole Matarozzo, Grade 8 KRMS. Each child had their photo taken and received a warm round of applause from the Board and audience.
