The following are all the forms required to be eligible to play sports and Kingswood High School. In order to view these documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, Click Here to Download. Print and then hand them in to the Athletic Director or the Athletic Directors mailbox. All forms need to be returned to the Athletic Director prior to the start of the season in order to be able to participate in Kingswood High School Athletics.
